“Who actually is this company?”
Florida LLC, filed July 8, 2026. Document L26000362647. One named owner: Maria Paula Aldas Hidalgo. Don't take our word for it — open the state record.
North Bridge Direct LLC buys inventory outright, prices at or above your MAP, and keeps the purchase invoice for every unit. Florida filing L26000362647 — check it before you reply to us.
Primary channel — Amazon, FBA and merchant-fulfilled. Additional marketplaces only where your distribution agreement permits them.
We are an independent reseller. Naming a brand identifies goods we buy and resell — it is not a claim that the brand endorses us. All trademarks belong to their owners.
You are probably here because an application landed on your desk. Here are the answers, up front, without a phone call.

Manufacturers and factory-authorized distributors only. No liquidation, no gray market, no unnamed brokers. Every SKU's purchase invoice retained and produced the day you ask.
No. Your MAP is a hard floor. We won't chase the Buy Box below it — if we can't earn margin above your floor, we stop buying the SKU.

Consumables with predictable reorder cycles, plus the regulated goods most resellers avoid because they cannot ship them compliantly.
The flagship peelable rubber coating. Air-dry, flexible, removable. Coverage roughly 6 sq ft at 5 mil. Flammable aerosol, ground only.
Gloss top coat with Fadebuster™ UV protection, applied over cured Plasti Dip. Sold as an attachment to the base coating rather than on its own.
Brush, dip or spray-gun application for industrial and high-volume users. The format where a distribution account actually earns its margin, since big-box retail barely carries it.
Ready-to-use and concentrate disinfectants for facility and food-service accounts. Listed only with the manufacturer's EPA registration and establishment numbers, and never with a claim the label does not carry.
Hardwound roll towel, multifold, center-pull and bath tissue. The definition of a replenishment category: consumed continuously, reordered on a fixed cycle, almost no seasonality.
Five-gallon floor care chemistry for contract cleaners and facility teams. Bulky, low-competition on marketplaces precisely because most sellers cannot handle the freight or the classification.
Acrylic and hot-melt carton sealing tape, mailers and corrugated. Bought on a fixed reorder cycle rather than seasonally, which makes it easy to forecast.
Single-use service ware for restaurants, catering and office pantries. Sold by the case and the pallet, with compostable and recycled-content lines where the account requires them.
These are counts of our published assortment, not sales figures. We do not publish revenue, unit or customer numbers we cannot evidence.
Five steps, in the same order, on every SKU. Nothing about a wholesale account should be improvised.
Purchase orders go to the manufacturer or a factory-authorized distributor. We buy the inventory outright and take the working-capital risk ourselves.
Every SKU is checked before it is listed: category gating, hazmat classification, packaging integrity, GTIN accuracy and your published MAP.
We sell on your existing detail page. We do not create duplicate ASINs, alter your brand content, or bundle your product into a variation you did not approve.
Fulfilled through Amazon FBA and merchant-fulfilled channels. Aerosols and paint-related goods move under U.S. DOT limited-quantity rules with current Safety Data Sheets on file.
Sell-through, in-stock position and pricing exceptions reported back to you on request — including any unauthorized seller activity we spot on your listings.
No consignment, no drop-ship arbitrage, no third-party warehouse we cannot answer for.
We do not invoice you for a service, take a percentage of your ad spend, or ask you to hand over Seller Central access.
We are the customer, not a vendor. You get paid when we buy. The inventory risk moves to us the moment the purchase order clears.
295 nationally recognized brands across twelve categories, sourced through authorized wholesale channels.
Brands shown are product lines we source and distribute through authorized wholesale channels. Names appear as plain text with our own lettermarks — no brand logo, typeface or packaging artwork is reproduced. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners; listing does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Yes. North Bridge Direct LLC was formed in Florida on July 8, 2026. We would rather state that plainly than pad a page with vague claims about decades of experience.
What a new entity can offer instead is documentation and discipline: a verifiable state filing, a single accountable managing member, clean sourcing from authorized channels, and a written commitment to your pricing policy. If your approval process requires trade references or a minimum operating history, tell us and we will tell you honestly whether we meet it today.
Articles of Organization as filed with the Florida Division of Corporations, the state document number for independent verification, a completed W-9, a Florida resale certificate, business banking details for remittance, and photo identification for the managing member where required.
Items still in process are listed as pending on our credentials page rather than implied to exist. We do not send a document we cannot produce.
Amazon is our primary channel, through both Fulfillment by Amazon and merchant-fulfilled shipping, alongside direct business-to-business sales. If your distribution agreement restricts a channel or a marketplace, that restriction is part of the terms we accept before the first purchase order — not something to be renegotiated later.
Aerosol coatings ship as UN1950 aerosols, flammable, and liquid coatings as UN1139 coating solution. Both are handled under U.S. DOT 49 CFR limited-quantity provisions, with ground-only routing where required and current GHS Safety Data Sheets retained for every regulated item.
Marketplace dangerous-goods review has to be cleared per SKU before a regulated item goes live. We treat that as a gate, not a formality — an aerosol listed without clearance is a suspended account waiting to happen.
Only where an agreement exists. We are an independent reseller and distributor, and we describe ourselves that way. Referring to a brand by name to identify goods we lawfully resell is not the same as claiming that brand endorses us, and we do not blur the two.
Where a signed authorization is in place, we will say so and name it. Where it is not, we will not.
We sell through the inventory we already own, stop reordering, and close the SKU. We will confirm the wind-down in writing and give you the expected sell-through window at current velocity. There is no scenario in which we make removing us difficult.
Tell us the brand, the categories and what your approval process needs. We respond within one business day.
North Bridge Direct LLC buys consumable and specialty goods at wholesale and sells them through U.S. retail marketplaces and direct business-to-business channels.
The easiest thing for a young company to do is imply it is older than it is. We do not, because the two systems every serious buyer checks — the state business registry and the domain record — will contradict it inside of a minute, and the conversation ends there.
What we offer instead is the thing most young resellers cannot: complete, verifiable paperwork and an explicit position on the questions brands actually care about. Our entity is registered and in good standing with the State of Florida. Our sourcing comes from manufacturers and factory-authorized distributors. Our pricing respects published MAP policies. Every claim on this website is either a public record you can check yourself or a commitment we are prepared to sign.

A single-member LLC means the person who signs the purchase order is the person who answers for it.
Managing Member & Authorized Signatory
Holds 100% membership interest and is the authorized representative on record with the State of Florida for all purchasing, banking and vendor agreements. Named in the company's Articles of Organization as both authorized member and manager.
Registered Agents Inc.
Accepts service of process and official state correspondence on the company's behalf at the registered Florida address, and maintains the company's annual report compliance calendar.
Operating agreement adopted
The company operates under an adopted written operating agreement covering management authority, capital accounts, distributions, record-keeping and transfer of interests. Available to counterparties under NDA where an account application requires it.
Some resellers hide the word "Amazon" from suppliers. We do not, because a channel discovered after approval is how accounts get terminated.
We sell as a third-party seller under a Professional selling account, using both Fulfillment by Amazon and merchant-fulfilled shipping. We list on existing brand detail pages; we do not create parallel ASINs for brands we resell.
Case and pallet quantities sold directly to facilities, contractors, detail shops and independent retailers, with standard commercial invoicing and remittance terms.
Expansion to other U.S. retail marketplaces is evaluated per brand and only where the supply agreement permits it. If your policy restricts a channel, that restriction is accepted before the first purchase order — not renegotiated afterward.
These are not values. Values are free. These are the terms we are prepared to be held to contractually.
We buy from the brand or its authorized distributors. No diverted, parallel-imported, short-dated or unverified liquidation goods. Traceable purchase invoices retained for a minimum of three years.
Repricing floors configured to each brand's published minimum advertised price rather than to our cost. No coupon or strikethrough stacking that produces an advertised price below policy.
Products sold in original manufacturer packaging, intended for the U.S. market. No repackaging, no bundle creation, no variation manipulation without written brand approval.
We do not solicit, incentivize, purchase or suppress customer reviews in any form, on any channel, for any product.
Brand-integrity requests are acknowledged within one business day and actioned within three. One named contact, no ticket queue.
If a brand asks us to discontinue a SKU or a channel, we sell through existing inventory and stop. No legal demand required.
Requested often enough by vendor-onboarding portals and credit departments that we publish them here rather than answer the same email twice.

Consumable goods that get used up and reordered — cleaning chemicals, facility supplies, coatings, automotive care and hardware. Categories where in-stock discipline matters more than novelty.
Commercial and household cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and daily-use consumables for facilities, offices, food service, and the home.
Paper, wipers, waste management, restroom care, and the cleaning tools and equipment that keep a facility running every day.
Full-line Plasti Dip® peelable rubber coatings and enhancers in aerosol, dip-can, gallon, and industrial pail formats, sourced through authorized distribution and shipped under full DOT hazmat compliance.
Paints, primers, tapes, adhesives, sealants, and the applicators and abrasives that go with them for trade and DIY projects.
Wash, wax, detailing chemicals, interior and wheel care, glass treatments, and appearance products for retail, fleet, and detail-shop buyers.
Hand tools, power tool accessories, fasteners, storage, and the personal protective equipment that keeps job sites and facilities compliant.
Everyday household consumables, first aid, oral and body care, baby essentials, and pet supplies — the repeat-purchase core of a general merchandise assortment.
Office and school supplies, lawn and garden, pool and spa chemicals, and seasonal general merchandise that rounds out a full-line assortment.
Corrugated, tape, protective packaging and labeling — the consumables every warehouse reorders on a fixed cycle, and one of the steadiest repeat categories we carry.
Single-use cups, containers, cutlery, film and foil for restaurants, catering, offices and convenience retail. High-velocity, low-seasonality, and consumed continuously.
Lamps, batteries, wiring devices and electrical consumables for facility maintenance and residential retail — a category where SKU accuracy and correct compatibility data matter more than price.
Totes, bins, shelving and closet systems. Bulky, freight-sensitive goods where our willingness to handle pallet quantities is the actual differentiator.
We respond within one business day with completed account paperwork.
A representative slice of what moves through the warehouse, with the pack configurations, transport classifications and compliance flags a buyer asks for first.
Top-velocity disinfectant SKU; EPA registration means listings must mirror label claims exactly. Canister case packs replenish weekly in facility accounts, so inventory turns before dating becomes an issue.
Flammable aerosol requiring ground-only hazmat lanes and limited-quantity labeling. Consistent year-round pull with a Q4 spike; we hold buffer stock so brand allocation never strands on freight constraints.
Concentrate gallon that dilutes far past its retail equivalent, so unit economics favor case buying. Non-hazmat classification keeps it parcel-shippable, which protects margin on small replenishment orders.
Solvent degreaser shipping as combustible liquid; requires SDS on file and hazmat-trained handling. Sells into MRO and automotive accounts on standing orders rather than promotional spikes.
Verified 02000 configuration, 950 feet per roll, six rolls per case. Dispenser-locked consumable with predictable burn rate, making it the cleanest freight-planned replenishment line we run.
High-cube, low-density freight that must ship LTL to stay margin-positive. Contract-grade tissue moves on scheduled replenishment, so forecast accuracy matters more than promotional lift.
Oversize rotomolded container that ships freight, never parcel. Lids, dollies and liners attach to it, which is where the account value sits.
Anchor SKU of the coatings line. Flammable aerosol, ground-only, six-can cases. The format that makes dedicated hazmat storage worth operating.
Top coat applied over the base coating rather than sold alone. Same hazmat lane as the black aerosol, so it consolidates onto one pallet.
Tinted top coat covering the color-variant demand without fragmenting base-coat inventory. Slower turn than black, but it protects the assortment's completeness for authorized-line evaluation.
Brush and dip format for hobby and industrial users; classified flammable liquid rather than aerosol, which changes the shipping lane. Big-box retail rarely stocks it, so distribution margin holds.
Five-gallon industrial pail moving on LTL freight with hazmat documentation. Low unit count, high revenue per line, and the format that qualifies an account as genuinely commercial.
Flammable aerosol with reliable year-round velocity and heavy Q2 seasonality. Ground-only shipping means regional stocking position, not price, decides whether the SKU stays in stock.
Second-source aerosol coverage so a single supplier disruption cannot empty the category. Hazmat handling identical to the rest of the aerosol program, so no incremental compliance cost.
Cartridge format shipping non-hazmat by parcel, which keeps small replenishment economical. Steady MRO and contractor pull with minimal returns, since the product has no electronics or sizing risk.
Highest-recognition SKU in the automotive aisle; flammable aerosol on ground-only lanes. Velocity is stable enough that we forecast it monthly rather than reacting to promotional calendars.
Non-hazmat trigger bottle that ships parcel, so it absorbs demand spikes without freight lead time. Strong spring seasonality and a low return rate across marketplace channels.
Verified G7164 configuration. Enthusiast-grade wash carrying a higher ticket than mass-market equivalents, which improves category contribution margin without cannibalizing entry-price volume.
Respirator category is approval-gated on Amazon and requires documented supply-chain provenance. We hold the gating approval, which is the constraint most resellers cannot clear.
Size-matrixed SKU where forecasting by size, not by unit, determines fill rate. Non-hazmat, parcel-friendly, and a steady attach to the tools and safety assortment.
Consistent replenishment line with no hazmat or freight complications. Sells on brand recognition rather than promotion, which keeps price discipline intact across marketplace listings.
Gated health category plus flammable-liquid classification on the alcohol formula. That dual compliance burden limits the reseller field, which is why the SKU holds price better than commodity sanitizer.
Health and personal care is approval-gated; listings need expiry-dated lot control and clean supply documentation. Non-seasonal velocity makes it a dependable base-load SKU.
Gated personal care line with steady institutional and retail pull. Pump bottles ship parcel without restriction, so replenishment cycles stay short and stockouts are recoverable.
Back-to-school seasonality is severe, so buy timing matters more than unit cost. Non-hazmat, high-density freight, and effectively zero obsolescence risk on carryover inventory.
EPA-registered pesticide requiring state registration checks before listing in every destination. Sharp spring seasonality; the compliance work is what limits competing sellers, not the sourcing.
Carton sealing tape is bought on a fixed cycle by every warehouse, which makes it the least seasonal line in the assortment.
Sold alongside corrugated to fulfillment accounts. Predictable consumption, easy to forecast, hard to overbuy.
Thousand-count cases still ship parcel at roughly 37 lb, which keeps replenishment cheap. Food-service accounts buy on standing schedules, so the line rewards forecasting over opportunistic buying.
Insulated hot cup moving in 1,000-count freight cases. Grocery-adjacent gating applies on some marketplace channels; we carry the approvals and the food-safe handling documentation.
Grocery-adjacent category with gating on some channels. Dense, freight-efficient cases and a flat demand curve make it useful ballast against seasonal SKUs in the same shipment.
Dated inventory where FIFO discipline decides whether margin survives. Alkaline chemistry avoids lithium shipping restrictions, so it moves parcel with no hazmat paperwork.
Second-source battery coverage across the AAA size, which is where stockouts hurt most. Non-restricted alkaline chemistry, dated stock, and heavy Q4 concentration in demand.
Electrical devices sell into contractor and MRO accounts on repeat schedules. UL listing is the gating requirement; counterfeit exposure in this category makes verified sourcing the actual differentiator.
Cube-heavy, low-value-per-pound freight where nested case packs decide profitability. Sharp January and back-to-school peaks; carryover risk is low because the SKU never obsoletes.
Industrial bins sold into MRO and warehouse accounts, usually alongside shelving. Freight-shipped, long replacement cycle, and a high average order value that offsets the low unit turn.
No listings in that category yet.
Packaging illustrations are our own drawings of standard formats, not product photography. Brand logos are served from a third-party logo service for identification only. Manufacturer part numbers and MSRPs are shown where the manufacturer publishes them; SKU numbers prefixed NBD- are our own internal catalog references. Current pricing and availability are quoted per account.
We respond within one business day with completed account paperwork.
National brands across cleaning, facility, coatings, automotive, hardware, packaging and food service — sourced through manufacturers and factory-authorized distribution.
Send your line sheet, MAP policy and account application. We complete the paperwork, disclose our channels, and accept your restrictions before the first purchase order.
Anyone can list a product. The reason accounts get suspended and brands get dragged into complaints is what happens around the listing — classification, documentation, claims language and pricing discipline. This is how we handle it.
Not every product belongs in a marketplace warehouse. Regulated goods in particular are often better shipped by us than routed through a fulfillment network with its own hazmat capacity limits.
Inventory prepped, polybagged and labeled to marketplace standards, with correct FNSKU application, expiration-date marking where required, and case-pack configurations that survive receiving without exception reports.
Shipped directly by us, under our own carrier compliance. This is the correct path for flammable aerosols and other dangerous goods that face fulfillment-network capacity limits or classification restrictions.
Case and pallet shipments to facilities, contractors and independent retailers with commercial invoicing, Safety Data Sheets distributed with every regulated order, and standard remittance terms.
Most resellers who want to carry a coatings line discover the hazmat problem after the first purchase order. We start there.
A flammable aerosol is not a normal parcel. It has a UN number, a hazard class, packaging limits, marking requirements, carrier restrictions and a training obligation attached to the person who tapes the box shut. Getting any one of those wrong is a carrier rejection at best and a regulatory problem at worst.

Limited-quantity status excepts a shipment from placarding and shipping papers by ground. It does not except anyone from hazmat employee training, which is required every three years.
This is the single most common way a janitorial catalog gets its listings pulled, and most resellers never see it coming.
Under federal law the definition of a pesticide covers any product intended to prevent, destroy, repel or mitigate a pest — and pests include bacteria, viruses and mold. A surface spray that claims to "kill 99.9% of bacteria," "sanitize" or "disinfect" is legally a pesticide, regardless of what it is called on the shelf.
Marketplaces enforce this aggressively, and for a specific reason: the EPA penalized Amazon itself over roughly four thousand violations involving unregistered and misbranded pesticide products, and the settlement required the marketplace to build mandatory seller training. Enforcement since then has been automated and conservative. Ordinary cleaning products get caught by their own marketing copy.
California is where a coatings line quietly becomes a liability. Two separate regimes apply, and a reseller can be directly responsible under either one.
Plasti Dip® aerosols carry a Proposition 65 cancer warning — ethylbenzene, carbon black and cumene are the listed chemicals involved. For online sales the warning has to reach the buyer before the purchase completes, and the buyer must not have to hunt for it. Notably, the manufacturer's own webstore does not display one, which is exactly why we do not copy anyone else's treatment and assume it is compliant.
Separately, California regulates aerosol coatings by reactivity rather than by simple VOC content, and reaches out-of-state sellers who offer product for use in the state. Bulk gallons and aerosol cans are treated differently: several bulk coating formats cannot be shipped into California at all, while compliant aerosol cans can.
Most brand complaints about resellers are not about price. They are about someone editing, bundling or duplicating a listing that was not theirs to touch.
We sell on your existing detail page. Creating a parallel listing splits your reviews, fragments your ranking and is the fastest way to be reported.
Titles, images, bullets and A+ content are yours. We do not overwrite brand content, and we do not "improve" it uninvited.
Multipacks and bundles built by a reseller create a product materially different from the one you authorized. That is not a policy preference — it is the line where the right to resell stops protecting you.
Production and batch codes stay intact. Removing them is a recurring feature of gray-market inventory and defeats your traceability and recall capability.
Dated goods are tracked by remaining shelf life and pulled before they become a problem. Selling expired product is both a marketplace violation and a legitimate trademark exposure.
We do not solicit, incentivize, purchase or suppress reviews. Not on your listings, not on ours, not ever.
The reporting a brand actually uses is not a dashboard. It is a short, regular note that answers three questions: what sold, what is left, and what went wrong.
Units moved per period by SKU, so your demand planning is not guessing at what the marketplace absorbed.
Weeks of cover on hand and reorder timing. Out-of-stock is a ranking problem that takes far longer to repair than it takes to cause.
Any instance where the advertised price moved away from your policy, what caused it, and what we did about it.
Unauthorized sellers, suspicious offers and listing changes we notice on your pages — documented and handed to you, not used as leverage.
Send us something with an aerosol, an EPA number or an expiration date on it, and see how the conversation goes.
Every brand with a marketplace presence has a list of sellers it wishes would go away. This page explains, specifically, how we intend not to be on it.
It is almost never "can they sell it." It is the four things that come after.
One seller undercuts, the repricers follow, and within a quarter the advertised price on your flagship SKU sits below the number your retail partners agreed to.
You cannot tell who your legitimate sellers are, so you cannot tell which complaints are worth acting on and which are competitors filing noise.
Duplicate detail pages, rewritten bullets, reseller-invented bundles, and product photography that no longer matches what ships.
An unregistered pesticide claim, a missing warning, or a mishandled aerosol becomes a problem with your name printed on the can.
Each one maps to a risk above. Each one is a clause we will sign, not an adjective we are using.
Our repricing floors are configured to your published minimum advertised price rather than to our cost. No coupon stacking, no strikethrough construction, no promotional mechanic that produces an advertised price below your policy. If we cannot make margin above your floor, we stop buying the SKU — we do not break the floor.
We buy from you or from your authorized distributors. No liquidation lots, no diverted goods, no unnamed brokers, no parallel imports. Purchase invoices are retained for a minimum of three years and produced on request — which also means an authenticity complaint against us can be closed with paperwork instead of escalation.
We sell on your existing detail page. No duplicate ASINs, no content edits, no unauthorized variations or bundles, no repackaging, no removal of lot or production codes. Your catalog looks the same after we arrive as it did before.
Flammable aerosols shipped under limited-quantity rules with current Safety Data Sheets. EPA registration and establishment numbers present on antimicrobial listings. No pesticidal claim added to a product that is not registered for it. California warnings delivered before checkout.
Brand-integrity requests are acknowledged within one business day and actioned within three. You reach the person who makes the decision, not a shared inbox that routes to a queue.
Ask us to stop selling a SKU, a category or a channel and we sell through existing inventory, stop reordering, and confirm the wind-down in writing with an expected timeline. No legal demand, no negotiation, no hostage-taking.
Compliance is the price of entry, not the value. The value is that you get marketplace coverage without adding headcount, without financing inventory, and without handing anyone access to your Seller Central account.
We buy the goods. The working capital, the storage, the returns, the customer-service load and the marketplace fees are ours. Your margin is realized at the moment we pay for the purchase order — not contingent on how a campaign performs three months later.
Five steps. Most of the work happens on our side, and we do not ask you for anything until we have sent you everything.
Your application, line sheet, MAP policy and channel restrictions. Or just tell us your process and we will ask for the right things.
Within one business day: entity documents, tax forms, references and our channel disclosure. Anything not yet issued is flagged as pending rather than omitted.
Authorized-reseller agreement, MAP acknowledgment, approved-channel list, SKU exclusions. Signed before the first order, not negotiated after the third.
We start on prepayment rather than asking a credit department to take a risk on a young company. Terms are a conversation for later, after a payment history exists.
Sell-through, coverage and pricing exceptions from the first cycle — so the account is legible to you from day one instead of being a black box.
Often you should not, and we will say so. If you already have an authorized seller performing well on a SKU, adding a second one mostly manufactures competition on your own listing.
Where we are worth adding is where there is a gap: a category you are not covering, a region or channel with no authorized presence, SKUs that go out of stock repeatedly, or a page currently held by sellers you cannot identify. Authorization is also a channel-control tool in itself — a documented authorized seller is easier to work with than an anonymous one, and it makes the unauthorized ones easier to act against.
Your ability to stop selling to us. That is the actual enforcement mechanism behind every minimum advertised price policy in the United States — not a regulator, not the marketplace. Marketplaces treat pricing as a matter between brand and seller and will not act on a MAP complaint.
Which means the honest answer is structural, not moral: a supply relationship is worth more to us than a temporary margin on a discounted unit, and a policy you enforce uniformly is one we have every incentive to respect. We would also rather you audit us than trust us — the MAP self-audit report exists for that reason.
It rules out anyone buying outside your authorized channel, which is the point of the program. Units without valid brand-issued codes cannot be listed at all, and no invoice overcomes that.
For us it simply means the relationship has to be real: we source through you or your authorized distributors and receive code-bearing units like any other authorized account. If you are enrolled, say so early and we will structure sourcing around it rather than discovering the problem at the first shipment.
Because the risk is smaller than it looks and it is one you control. We open prepaid, so there is no credit exposure. We sign your agreement before the first order, so the terms are yours. We start with a modest opening order rather than asking for a volume commitment. And you can end it at any time — our wind-down commitment is written into this page.
What you are actually evaluating is whether the operator is competent and honest. On competence, read the capabilities page and judge whether it sounds like someone who has read the rules. On honesty, note that this site tells you the company is new, lists which documents are still pending, and publishes no metrics it cannot prove.
Yes, and it is often the arrangement that works best for both sides. A single authorized seller per listing gives you one accountable party, predictable pricing, and a clear basis for acting against everyone else who appears there. It gives us a reason to invest in coverage and in-stock discipline rather than fight a race to the bottom with four other accounts on the same page.
We will come back within one business day with completed paperwork and a straight answer on whether we fit.
Accounts payable departments approve fastest what they do not have to chase. This page lists every document we can produce, what each one is for, and — where an item is not ready yet — says so plainly.

Your line sheet or price list, your MAP policy if you publish one, any channel restrictions, and the account application itself. With those four items we can usually return completed paperwork in the first reply rather than the third.
Yes, if you sell into facilities, contractors or independent retail — that is a direct business-to-business account with no marketplace involvement, and we buy for it. If your policy forbids marketplace resale entirely, we will respect it rather than route around it. Telling us up front saves everyone a cycle.
Not on first contact. We prefer to open on prepaid terms, build a documented payment history, and discuss terms once there is something real to evaluate. A new company asking for net 30 before its first order is asking your credit department to take a risk it has no reason to take.
What we commit to on advertised pricing and channel conduct, for every brand we resell, whether or not a signed agreement is in place.
North Bridge Direct LLC resells genuine, unaltered products manufactured by third parties. Those manufacturers set the terms on which their products should be advertised and sold. This policy states, in advance and without being asked, how we behave with respect to those terms.
This policy applies to every product we advertise or sell, on every channel, regardless of whether we hold a signed authorized-reseller agreement with the brand in question. It is a unilateral commitment by North Bridge Direct LLC. Where a brand's own written policy or agreement is stricter than this document, the brand's terms control.
A minimum advertised price governs the price at which a product may be advertised or displayed. It is distinct from the manufacturer's suggested retail price, which is a non-binding recommendation. We understand and respect that distinction.
We also recognize that MAP policies in the United States are self-policed. No government agency enforces them, and online marketplaces generally treat pricing as a matter between a brand and its sellers rather than something they will act on. Enforcement rests entirely with the brand, through its decision about whom it will continue to supply. We regard that as an entirely reasonable arrangement and we do not treat the absence of an enforcement mechanism as permission.
Brand-integrity matters — pricing questions, listing concerns, authenticity queries, or a request that we stop selling — should be directed to compliance@northbridgedirect.com. We commit to:
No legal demand is required to trigger any of the above.
This policy may be updated. The effective date at left reflects the current version. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to conduct under a signed brand agreement.

Where our inventory comes from, what we refuse to buy, and what documentation we keep on every unit we sell.
Every reseller says its products are genuine. The question a brand-protection team actually needs answered is narrower: can this company prove where a specific unit came from, and how fast. This policy sets out our answer.
We purchase inventory only from:
For every SKU we list, we retain:
Records are retained for a minimum of three years and are produced to a brand owner, distributor or marketplace on request.
Where a brand operates a unit-level serialization or authentication program, we source only code-bearing units through the brand's authorized channel. We do not attempt to list enrolled products acquired outside that channel, and we do not regard a purchase invoice as a substitute for valid brand-issued codes.
Authenticity and intellectual-property inquiries should be directed to compliance@northbridgedirect.com. We acknowledge within one business day and respond substantively — including supplying the relevant purchase documentation — within three business days.
We accept that responsibility for sourcing authentic product rests with us as the seller, and we do not attempt to transfer that responsibility to a supplier after the fact.

How orders ship, when title passes, and what happens when something arrives wrong. These terms apply to direct business-to-business orders.
Orders placed through a retail marketplace are governed by that marketplace's own shipping and returns terms, which take precedence over this page. The terms below apply to direct wholesale and business-to-business orders placed with North Bridge Direct LLC.
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, shipments are FOB Origin. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer when the carrier takes possession. Where freight is prepaid and added to the invoice, that does not alter the point at which risk passes.
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, where one exists. North Bridge Direct LLC does not extend an independent warranty on third-party manufactured goods and makes no representation beyond those made by the manufacturer. Warranty claims are supported by supplying the documentation required by the manufacturer.
Current Safety Data Sheets accompany every commercial order containing a regulated chemical product, and are available at any time on request from compliance@northbridgedirect.com.

What we aim for, what we have done, and how to tell us when we have fallen short.
North Bridge Direct LLC wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, or reduced-motion settings.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We describe this as an aim rather than a certification, because conformance is a continuing effort and we have not commissioned an independent audit. Saying "compliant" without an audit would be the kind of unverifiable claim we avoid everywhere else on this site.
If you encounter a barrier on this site, please contact us and describe what happened, the page you were on, and the assistive technology you were using:
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days. If a fix will take longer, we will tell you what we are doing and offer an alternative way to get the information or complete the task in the meantime.
