We are an independent reseller. Naming a brand identifies goods we buy and resell — it is not a claim that the brand endorses us. All trademarks belong to their owners.

Why this page exists

Every brand asks a new reseller the same three questions.

You are probably here because an application landed on your desk. Here are the answers, up front, without a phone call.

“Who actually is this company?”

Florida LLC, filed July 8, 2026. Document L26000362647. One named owner: Maria Paula Aldas Hidalgo. Don't take our word for it — open the state record.

Verify us independently

“Where does the product come from?”

Manufacturers and factory-authorized distributors only. No liquidation, no gray market, no unnamed brokers. Every SKU's purchase invoice retained and produced the day you ask.

How we source

“Will you wreck my pricing?”

No. Your MAP is a hard floor. We won't chase the Buy Box below it — if we can't earn margin above your floor, we stop buying the SKU.

Read our MAP commitment

3Fulfillment paths

These are counts of our published assortment, not sales figures. We do not publish revenue, unit or customer numbers we cannot evidence.

How the account runs

Source. Qualify. List. Ship. Report.

Five steps, in the same order, on every SKU. Nothing about a wholesale account should be improvised.

The full brand playbook
  1. 01

    Source

Purchase orders go to the manufacturer or a factory-authorized distributor. We buy the inventory outright and take the working-capital risk ourselves.

  2. 02

    Qualify

Every SKU is checked before it is listed: category gating, hazmat classification, packaging integrity, GTIN accuracy and your published MAP.

  3. 03

    List

We sell on your existing detail page. We do not create duplicate ASINs, alter your brand content, or bundle your product into a variation you did not approve.

  4. 04

    Ship

Fulfilled through Amazon FBA and merchant-fulfilled channels. Aerosols and paint-related goods move under U.S. DOT limited-quantity rules with current Safety Data Sheets on file.

  5. 05

    Report

Sell-through, in-stock position and pricing exceptions reported back to you on request — including any unauthorized seller activity we spot on your listings.

Every unit ships from inventory we already paid for.

No consignment, no drop-ship arbitrage, no third-party warehouse we cannot answer for.

What we are not

Not an agency. Not a broker. Not a liquidator.

We do not invoice you for a service, take a percentage of your ad spend, or ask you to hand over Seller Central access.

We are the customer, not a vendor. You get paid when we buy. The inventory risk moves to us the moment the purchase order clears.

The plain version: a reseller who erodes your pricing is a reseller you eventually have to police, gate, or remove. We would rather be the account you forget about because it never causes an issue.

What you get from the relationship

  • Inventory bought outright. Standard payment terms, no consignment, no return-on-unsold clauses.
  • MAP honored as a floor. Written into how we price, not left to an algorithm.
  • Listing hygiene. Correct GTINs, no duplicate ASINs, no unauthorized content edits, no counterfeit adjacency.
  • Documentation on demand. Invoices, W-9, resale certificate and entity records available to your compliance team.
  • Channel intelligence. We report what we see on your listings, including sellers who should not be there.
  • An exit that is clean. Ask us to stop selling a SKU and we sell through and stop. No hostage negotiation.

Qualifying questions

The questions that come up before an account is opened.

Yes. North Bridge Direct LLC was formed in Florida on July 8, 2026. We would rather state that plainly than pad a page with vague claims about decades of experience.

What a new entity can offer instead is documentation and discipline: a verifiable state filing, a single accountable managing member, clean sourcing from authorized channels, and a written commitment to your pricing policy. If your approval process requires trade references or a minimum operating history, tell us and we will tell you honestly whether we meet it today.

Articles of Organization as filed with the Florida Division of Corporations, the state document number for independent verification, a completed W-9, a Florida resale certificate, business banking details for remittance, and photo identification for the managing member where required.

Items still in process are listed as pending on our credentials page rather than implied to exist. We do not send a document we cannot produce.

Amazon is our primary channel, through both Fulfillment by Amazon and merchant-fulfilled shipping, alongside direct business-to-business sales. If your distribution agreement restricts a channel or a marketplace, that restriction is part of the terms we accept before the first purchase order — not something to be renegotiated later.

Aerosol coatings ship as UN1950 aerosols, flammable, and liquid coatings as UN1139 coating solution. Both are handled under U.S. DOT 49 CFR limited-quantity provisions, with ground-only routing where required and current GHS Safety Data Sheets retained for every regulated item.

Marketplace dangerous-goods review has to be cleared per SKU before a regulated item goes live. We treat that as a gate, not a formality — an aerosol listed without clearance is a suspended account waiting to happen.

Only where an agreement exists. We are an independent reseller and distributor, and we describe ourselves that way. Referring to a brand by name to identify goods we lawfully resell is not the same as claiming that brand endorses us, and we do not blur the two.

Where a signed authorization is in place, we will say so and name it. Where it is not, we will not.

We sell through the inventory we already own, stop reordering, and close the SKU. We will confirm the wind-down in writing and give you the expected sell-through window at current velocity. There is no scenario in which we make removing us difficult.

About us

A small distribution company that documents everything.

North Bridge Direct LLC buys consumable and specialty goods at wholesale and sells them through U.S. retail marketplaces and direct business-to-business channels.

Who we are

Founded in 2026. We say so on purpose.

The easiest thing for a young company to do is imply it is older than it is. We do not, because the two systems every serious buyer checks — the state business registry and the domain record — will contradict it inside of a minute, and the conversation ends there.

What we offer instead is the thing most young resellers cannot: complete, verifiable paperwork and an explicit position on the questions brands actually care about. Our entity is registered and in good standing with the State of Florida. Our sourcing comes from manufacturers and factory-authorized distributors. Our pricing respects published MAP policies. Every claim on this website is either a public record you can check yourself or a commitment we are prepared to sign.

Our operating bet: in wholesale, boring and documented beats impressive and vague. A buyer who can verify you in two minutes approves you faster than one who has to take your word for it.

Leadership

One accountable owner. No committee.

A single-member LLC means the person who signs the purchase order is the person who answers for it.

Maria Paula Aldas Hidalgo

Managing Member & Authorized Signatory

Holds 100% membership interest and is the authorized representative on record with the State of Florida for all purchasing, banking and vendor agreements. Named in the company's Articles of Organization as both authorized member and manager.

Registered agent of record

Registered Agents Inc.

Accepts service of process and official state correspondence on the company's behalf at the registered Florida address, and maintains the company's annual report compliance calendar.

Governance

Operating agreement adopted

The company operates under an adopted written operating agreement covering management authority, capital accounts, distributions, record-keeping and transfer of interests. Available to counterparties under NDA where an account application requires it.

Channels — full disclosure

Where your product would actually be sold.

Some resellers hide the word "Amazon" from suppliers. We do not, because a channel discovered after approval is how accounts get terminated.

Primary

Amazon — third-party (3P)

We sell as a third-party seller under a Professional selling account, using both Fulfillment by Amazon and merchant-fulfilled shipping. We list on existing brand detail pages; we do not create parallel ASINs for brands we resell.

Active

Direct B2B wholesale

Case and pallet quantities sold directly to facilities, contractors, detail shops and independent retailers, with standard commercial invoicing and remittance terms.

On request

Additional marketplaces

Expansion to other U.S. retail marketplaces is evaluated per brand and only where the supply agreement permits it. If your policy restricts a channel, that restriction is accepted before the first purchase order — not renegotiated afterward.

If your distribution policy prohibits marketplace resale: tell us at first contact. We would rather be told no in week one than be removed in month six. Where a brand permits marketplace sale only under an authorized-reseller agreement, we are prepared to sign one and to be recorded as an authorized seller in your Brand Registry records.
How we operate

Six commitments we will put in writing.

These are not values. Values are free. These are the terms we are prepared to be held to contractually.

1  —  Authorized sourcing only

We buy from the brand or its authorized distributors. No diverted, parallel-imported, short-dated or unverified liquidation goods. Traceable purchase invoices retained for a minimum of three years.

2  —  Advertised price at or above MAP

Repricing floors configured to each brand's published minimum advertised price rather than to our cost. No coupon or strikethrough stacking that produces an advertised price below policy.

3  —  Genuine, unaltered goods

Products sold in original manufacturer packaging, intended for the U.S. market. No repackaging, no bundle creation, no variation manipulation without written brand approval.

4  —  No review manipulation

We do not solicit, incentivize, purchase or suppress customer reviews in any form, on any channel, for any product.

5  —  One escalation path

Brand-integrity requests are acknowledged within one business day and actioned within three. One named contact, no ticket queue.

6  —  Stop means stop

If a brand asks us to discontinue a SKU or a channel, we sell through existing inventory and stop. No legal demand required.

Classification

Business classification and codes.

Requested often enough by vendor-onboarding portals and credit departments that we publish them here rather than answer the same email twice.

About this page. These are product lines we source and sell as an independent reseller. Brand names and logos are used for identification only and remain the property of their owners; their appearance here does not imply authorization, endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation. Where we hold a signed authorized-reseller agreement with a brand we say so explicitly and name the agreement — where we do not, we do not imply it.

Operations & compliance

The unglamorous part, done properly.

Anyone can list a product. The reason accounts get suspended and brands get dragged into complaints is what happens around the listing — classification, documentation, claims language and pricing discipline. This is how we handle it.

Fulfillment

Two fulfillment paths, chosen per SKU.

Not every product belongs in a marketplace warehouse. Regulated goods in particular are often better shipped by us than routed through a fulfillment network with its own hazmat capacity limits.

Marketplace-fulfilled (FBA)

Inventory prepped, polybagged and labeled to marketplace standards, with correct FNSKU application, expiration-date marking where required, and case-pack configurations that survive receiving without exception reports.

Merchant-fulfilled (FBM)

Shipped directly by us, under our own carrier compliance. This is the correct path for flammable aerosols and other dangerous goods that face fulfillment-network capacity limits or classification restrictions.

Direct B2B

Case and pallet shipments to facilities, contractors and independent retailers with commercial invoicing, Safety Data Sheets distributed with every regulated order, and standard remittance terms.

Dangerous goods

We can actually ship the aerosols.

Most resellers who want to carry a coatings line discover the hazmat problem after the first purchase order. We start there.

A flammable aerosol is not a normal parcel. It has a UN number, a hazard class, packaging limits, marking requirements, carrier restrictions and a training obligation attached to the person who tapes the box shut. Getting any one of those wrong is a carrier rejection at best and a regulatory problem at worst.

One detail that tells you who has read the rules: the ORM-D marking was retired for ground transport after December 31, 2020 and replaced by the limited-quantity marking. Safety Data Sheets written before then still print it. We ship to the current rule, not to the sheet.

Classification we work to

Aerosol coatingsUN1950 · Class 2.1
Proper shipping nameAerosols, flammable
Liquid coatingsUN1139 · Class 3

Container limit≤ 1 L per container
Package limit≤ 30 kg / 66 lb gross
Marking49 CFR 172.315 LQ mark
Transport modeGround only

Limited-quantity status excepts a shipment from placarding and shipping papers by ground. It does not except anyone from hazmat employee training, which is required every three years.

Antimicrobial claims

The word "disinfects" turns a cleaner into a pesticide.

This is the single most common way a janitorial catalog gets its listings pulled, and most resellers never see it coming.

Under federal law the definition of a pesticide covers any product intended to prevent, destroy, repel or mitigate a pest — and pests include bacteria, viruses and mold. A surface spray that claims to "kill 99.9% of bacteria," "sanitize" or "disinfect" is legally a pesticide, regardless of what it is called on the shelf.

Marketplaces enforce this aggressively, and for a specific reason: the EPA penalized Amazon itself over roughly four thousand violations involving unregistered and misbranded pesticide products, and the settlement required the marketplace to build mandatory seller training. Enforcement since then has been automated and conservative. Ordinary cleaning products get caught by their own marketing copy.

Where this bites a general assortment: the trap is not the disinfectant aisle. It is the storage bag described as "antimicrobial," or the paintbrush that "inhibits mold growth" — non-pesticide products swept in by a single adjective in a bullet point.

Our standing rules

  • Both EPA numbers, not one. Registered products carry the EPA Registration Number and the EPA Establishment Number in the listing's compliance fields. One does not substitute for the other.
  • No claim the label does not carry. We never add antimicrobial, antibacterial, sanitizing or repellent language to a listing for a product that is not registered for it.
  • No "safe" or "non-toxic" on a registered pesticide. Those descriptors are prohibited even when the product is properly registered.
  • The actual label image, not marketing art. Compliance uploads use a photograph of the product label as printed.
  • State registration respected. Antimicrobial products are restricted from sale into states where the product is not registered.
California

Proposition 65 and CARB, handled at the listing.

California is where a coatings line quietly becomes a liability. Two separate regimes apply, and a reseller can be directly responsible under either one.

Plasti Dip® aerosols carry a Proposition 65 cancer warning — ethylbenzene, carbon black and cumene are the listed chemicals involved. For online sales the warning has to reach the buyer before the purchase completes, and the buyer must not have to hunt for it. Notably, the manufacturer's own webstore does not display one, which is exactly why we do not copy anyone else's treatment and assume it is compliant.

Separately, California regulates aerosol coatings by reactivity rather than by simple VOC content, and reaches out-of-state sellers who offer product for use in the state. Bulk gallons and aerosol cans are treated differently: several bulk coating formats cannot be shipped into California at all, while compliant aerosol cans can.

What we do about it

  • Warning shown before checkout, on the product page itself rather than buried in a policy link.
  • We never crop or obscure an on-product warning in photography — altering a warning shifts responsibility onto the retailer.
  • We do not private-label regulated coatings. Selling under our own mark would make us the responsible party.
  • Warning materials received from a supplier get displayed. Receiving them and failing to post them is its own trigger.
  • California-restricted formats are geo-blocked, not quietly shipped and hoped for.
  • Current SDS from the manufacturer, not archived copies hosted by third-party retailers.
Listing hygiene

What we will not do to your detail page.

Most brand complaints about resellers are not about price. They are about someone editing, bundling or duplicating a listing that was not theirs to touch.

No duplicate ASINs

We sell on your existing detail page. Creating a parallel listing splits your reviews, fragments your ranking and is the fastest way to be reported.

No content edits

Titles, images, bullets and A+ content are yours. We do not overwrite brand content, and we do not "improve" it uninvited.

No bundling or repackaging

Multipacks and bundles built by a reseller create a product materially different from the one you authorized. That is not a policy preference — it is the line where the right to resell stops protecting you.

No removed lot codes

Production and batch codes stay intact. Removing them is a recurring feature of gray-market inventory and defeats your traceability and recall capability.

No expired or short-dated stock

Dated goods are tracked by remaining shelf life and pulled before they become a problem. Selling expired product is both a marketplace violation and a legitimate trademark exposure.

No review activity

We do not solicit, incentivize, purchase or suppress reviews. Not on your listings, not on ours, not ever.

Inventory & reporting

Boring, on time, and written down.

The reporting a brand actually uses is not a dashboard. It is a short, regular note that answers three questions: what sold, what is left, and what went wrong.

  1. 01

    Sell-through and velocity

Units moved per period by SKU, so your demand planning is not guessing at what the marketplace absorbed.

  2. 02

    In-stock coverage

Weeks of cover on hand and reorder timing. Out-of-stock is a ranking problem that takes far longer to repair than it takes to cause.

  3. 03

    Pricing exceptions

Any instance where the advertised price moved away from your policy, what caused it, and what we did about it.

  4. 04

    Channel observations

Unauthorized sellers, suspicious offers and listing changes we notice on your pages — documented and handed to you, not used as leverage.

Next step

Put a regulated SKU in front of us.

Send us something with an aerosol, an EPA number or an expiration date on it, and see how the conversation goes.

Start the conversation For brands
Home/For Brands
Brand partnerships

You do not need another reseller. You need one that costs you nothing to manage.

Every brand with a marketplace presence has a list of sellers it wishes would go away. This page explains, specifically, how we intend not to be on it.

The real objection

What brands are actually worried about.

It is almost never "can they sell it." It is the four things that come after.

RISK 01

Price erosion

One seller undercuts, the repricers follow, and within a quarter the advertised price on your flagship SKU sits below the number your retail partners agreed to.

RISK 02

Channel chaos

You cannot tell who your legitimate sellers are, so you cannot tell which complaints are worth acting on and which are competitors filing noise.

RISK 03

Listing damage

Duplicate detail pages, rewritten bullets, reseller-invented bundles, and product photography that no longer matches what ships.

RISK 04

Compliance exposure

An unregistered pesticide claim, a missing warning, or a mishandled aerosol becomes a problem with your name printed on the can.

Notice what is not on that list: sales volume. A reseller who moves units but creates any of the four above has a negative net value to the brand, which is why "we will sell a lot" is a weak pitch and why we are not making it.
Our answer

Six commitments, in writing, before the first purchase order.

Each one maps to a risk above. Each one is a clause we will sign, not an adjective we are using.

MAP is a floor, not a target

Our repricing floors are configured to your published minimum advertised price rather than to our cost. No coupon stacking, no strikethrough construction, no promotional mechanic that produces an advertised price below your policy. If we cannot make margin above your floor, we stop buying the SKU — we do not break the floor.

Authorized sourcing, documented

We buy from you or from your authorized distributors. No liquidation lots, no diverted goods, no unnamed brokers, no parallel imports. Purchase invoices are retained for a minimum of three years and produced on request — which also means an authenticity complaint against us can be closed with paperwork instead of escalation.

Your listing stays your listing

We sell on your existing detail page. No duplicate ASINs, no content edits, no unauthorized variations or bundles, no repackaging, no removal of lot or production codes. Your catalog looks the same after we arrive as it did before.

Regulated goods handled correctly

Flammable aerosols shipped under limited-quantity rules with current Safety Data Sheets. EPA registration and establishment numbers present on antimicrobial listings. No pesticidal claim added to a product that is not registered for it. California warnings delivered before checkout.

One contact, one escalation path

Brand-integrity requests are acknowledged within one business day and actioned within three. You reach the person who makes the decision, not a shared inbox that routes to a queue.

An exit with no friction

Ask us to stop selling a SKU, a category or a channel and we sell through existing inventory, stop reordering, and confirm the wind-down in writing with an expected timeline. No legal demand, no negotiation, no hostage-taking.

The upside

What a disciplined reseller is actually worth.

Compliance is the price of entry, not the value. The value is that you get marketplace coverage without adding headcount, without financing inventory, and without handing anyone access to your Seller Central account.

We buy the goods. The working capital, the storage, the returns, the customer-service load and the marketplace fees are ours. Your margin is realized at the moment we pay for the purchase order — not contingent on how a campaign performs three months later.

Send your line sheet

Included with the account

  • Sell-through reporting by SKU on the cadence you want it.
  • In-stock coverage with forecast and replenishment commitments, so ranking is not lost to stockouts.
  • MAP self-audit reports — we police our own pricing and show you the record.
  • Unauthorized-seller intelligence — we document what we see on your listings and hand you the evidence.
  • Sole-seller willingness. Where you want one authorized seller on an ASIN, we will operate that way.
  • SKU exclusions honored. Tell us what not to touch and it stays untouched.
Onboarding

From first email to first purchase order.

Five steps. Most of the work happens on our side, and we do not ask you for anything until we have sent you everything.

  1. 01

    You send requirements

Your application, line sheet, MAP policy and channel restrictions. Or just tell us your process and we will ask for the right things.

  2. 02

    We return completed paperwork

Within one business day: entity documents, tax forms, references and our channel disclosure. Anything not yet issued is flagged as pending rather than omitted.

  3. 03

    We accept your terms

Authorized-reseller agreement, MAP acknowledgment, approved-channel list, SKU exclusions. Signed before the first order, not negotiated after the third.

  4. 04

    Opening order, prepaid

We start on prepayment rather than asking a credit department to take a risk on a young company. Terms are a conversation for later, after a payment history exists.

  5. 05

    Reporting begins

Sell-through, coverage and pricing exceptions from the first cycle — so the account is legible to you from day one instead of being a black box.

Brand questions

The hard ones.

Often you should not, and we will say so. If you already have an authorized seller performing well on a SKU, adding a second one mostly manufactures competition on your own listing.

Where we are worth adding is where there is a gap: a category you are not covering, a region or channel with no authorized presence, SKUs that go out of stock repeatedly, or a page currently held by sellers you cannot identify. Authorization is also a channel-control tool in itself — a documented authorized seller is easier to work with than an anonymous one, and it makes the unauthorized ones easier to act against.

Your ability to stop selling to us. That is the actual enforcement mechanism behind every minimum advertised price policy in the United States — not a regulator, not the marketplace. Marketplaces treat pricing as a matter between brand and seller and will not act on a MAP complaint.

Which means the honest answer is structural, not moral: a supply relationship is worth more to us than a temporary margin on a discounted unit, and a policy you enforce uniformly is one we have every incentive to respect. We would also rather you audit us than trust us — the MAP self-audit report exists for that reason.

It rules out anyone buying outside your authorized channel, which is the point of the program. Units without valid brand-issued codes cannot be listed at all, and no invoice overcomes that.

For us it simply means the relationship has to be real: we source through you or your authorized distributors and receive code-bearing units like any other authorized account. If you are enrolled, say so early and we will structure sourcing around it rather than discovering the problem at the first shipment.

Because the risk is smaller than it looks and it is one you control. We open prepaid, so there is no credit exposure. We sign your agreement before the first order, so the terms are yours. We start with a modest opening order rather than asking for a volume commitment. And you can end it at any time — our wind-down commitment is written into this page.

What you are actually evaluating is whether the operator is competent and honest. On competence, read the capabilities page and judge whether it sounds like someone who has read the rules. On honesty, note that this site tells you the company is new, lists which documents are still pending, and publishes no metrics it cannot prove.

Yes, and it is often the arrangement that works best for both sides. A single authorized seller per listing gives you one accountable party, predictable pricing, and a clear basis for acting against everyone else who appears there. It gives us a reason to invest in coverage and in-stock discipline rather than fight a race to the bottom with four other accounts on the same page.

About trade references. A company formed in July 2026 does not have three suppliers who have extended it credit for two years, and any applicant who claims otherwise is worth a phone call to check. Our approach is to open accounts on prepaid terms rather than request net terms we have not earned, build a documented payment history, and ask for terms once there is something real to reference. If your process requires established trade references today, tell us — we will tell you honestly whether we meet it rather than waste your credit team's time.

What we ask for in return.

A clean account runs in both directions. These are the items that let us represent your product correctly from day one.

  • Your current MAP or pricing policy — in writing, so our floors are configured to your numbers rather than our assumptions.
  • Channel restrictions — which marketplaces and domains are permitted, and any SKUs excluded from resale.
  • Current price list with case configurations — units per case, cases per pallet, weights and dimensions.
  • Safety Data Sheets for any regulated chemical, aerosol or flammable item, plus EPA registration and establishment numbers for antimicrobial products.
  • GTIN/UPC list matched to your SKUs, so listings map to the correct detail pages.
  • A named brand contact for channel and integrity questions — one person beats a shared inbox.

Before you write

Three things worth knowing.

Your line sheet or price list, your MAP policy if you publish one, any channel restrictions, and the account application itself. With those four items we can usually return completed paperwork in the first reply rather than the third.

Yes, if you sell into facilities, contractors or independent retail — that is a direct business-to-business account with no marketplace involvement, and we buy for it. If your policy forbids marketplace resale entirely, we will respect it rather than route around it. Telling us up front saves everyone a cycle.

Not on first contact. We prefer to open on prepaid terms, build a documented payment history, and discuss terms once there is something real to evaluate. A new company asking for net 30 before its first order is asking your credit department to take a risk it has no reason to take.

MAP & Channel Compliance Policy

What we commit to on advertised pricing and channel conduct, for every brand we resell, whether or not a signed agreement is in place.

North Bridge Direct LLC resells genuine, unaltered products manufactured by third parties. Those manufacturers set the terms on which their products should be advertised and sold. This policy states, in advance and without being asked, how we behave with respect to those terms.

1. Scope

This policy applies to every product we advertise or sell, on every channel, regardless of whether we hold a signed authorized-reseller agreement with the brand in question. It is a unilateral commitment by North Bridge Direct LLC. Where a brand's own written policy or agreement is stricter than this document, the brand's terms control.

2. Advertised pricing

  • We advertise at or above each brand's published minimum advertised price (MAP). MAP is treated as a hard floor.
  • Automated repricing floors are configured to the brand's MAP, not to our landed cost or to a target margin.
  • We do not use coupons, promotional codes, strikethrough constructions, cart-level discounts, bundle math or any other mechanic that results in an advertised price below the brand's published floor.
  • Where we cannot achieve an acceptable margin at or above MAP, we stop purchasing the SKU. We do not solve a margin problem by breaking a price floor.
  • We maintain an internal record of pricing exceptions and provide MAP self-audit reports to brand partners on request.

3. What MAP is, and what it is not

A minimum advertised price governs the price at which a product may be advertised or displayed. It is distinct from the manufacturer's suggested retail price, which is a non-binding recommendation. We understand and respect that distinction.

We also recognize that MAP policies in the United States are self-policed. No government agency enforces them, and online marketplaces generally treat pricing as a matter between a brand and its sellers rather than something they will act on. Enforcement rests entirely with the brand, through its decision about whom it will continue to supply. We regard that as an entirely reasonable arrangement and we do not treat the absence of an enforcement mechanism as permission.

4. Channel restrictions

  • We disclose our sales channels truthfully at the point of application. We do not conceal marketplace activity from a supplier in order to obtain an account.
  • Where a brand restricts which marketplaces, domains or regions its products may be sold in, we accept those restrictions in writing before the first purchase order.
  • Where a brand excludes specific SKUs from resale, those SKUs are excluded from our purchasing and listing entirely.
  • We do not sell to other resellers for the purpose of circumventing a brand's channel restrictions, and we do not engage in transshipment or diversion.
  • Where a brand operates a single-authorized-seller arrangement on a listing, we will either operate as that seller under agreement or stay off the listing.

5. Listing conduct

  • We sell on the brand's existing product detail page. We do not create duplicate or parallel listings for products we resell.
  • We do not alter brand-owned listing content — titles, images, bullet points, descriptions or enhanced brand content.
  • We do not create bundles, multipacks or product variations without written brand approval.
  • We do not repackage, relabel, or alter manufacturer packaging, and we do not remove or obscure lot, batch or production codes.
  • We do not solicit, incentivize, purchase, exchange or suppress customer reviews in any form.

6. Escalation and wind-down

Brand-integrity matters — pricing questions, listing concerns, authenticity queries, or a request that we stop selling — should be directed to compliance@northbridgedirect.com. We commit to:

  • Acknowledging any brand-integrity request within one business day.
  • Actioning it within three business days, or explaining in writing why more time is required.
  • On a request to discontinue a SKU, category or channel: selling through existing owned inventory, ceasing reorders, and confirming the wind-down in writing with an expected timeline based on current velocity.

No legal demand is required to trigger any of the above.

7. Amendments

This policy may be updated. The effective date at left reflects the current version. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to conduct under a signed brand agreement.

Sourcing & Authenticity Policy

Where our inventory comes from, what we refuse to buy, and what documentation we keep on every unit we sell.

Every reseller says its products are genuine. The question a brand-protection team actually needs answered is narrower: can this company prove where a specific unit came from, and how fast. This policy sets out our answer.

1. Approved sources

We purchase inventory only from:

  • The brand owner or manufacturer directly; or
  • A distributor authorized by that brand owner or manufacturer.

2. Sources we refuse

  • Liquidation, closeout and pallet lots of unverified origin.
  • Diverted or gray-market goods, including product acquired outside the brand's authorized channel.
  • Parallel imports and goods intended for a market other than the United States, where they differ materially from the U.S.-market version in formulation, packaging, labeling, warranty or quality-control participation.
  • Unnamed brokers and intermediaries who will not identify the upstream source.
  • Retail arbitrage — product purchased at retail and resold as new.
  • Short-dated or expired stock, and any product whose remaining shelf life is insufficient for the channel it would be sold through.
  • Product with removed, obscured or altered lot, batch, serial or production codes.

3. Documentation retained

For every SKU we list, we retain:

  • The commercial purchase invoice, identifying the supplier's legal business name, address, telephone and website.
  • Quantities, dates and product identifiers sufficient to tie a unit to a purchase.
  • Proof of payment.
  • Current Safety Data Sheets for regulated chemical and aerosol products.

Records are retained for a minimum of three years and are produced to a brand owner, distributor or marketplace on request.

4. Product integrity

  • Products are sold new, in original unopened manufacturer packaging.
  • We do not repackage, relabel, refill, decant or alter product or packaging in any way.
  • We do not create bundles or multipacks from individually packaged goods without written brand approval.
  • Lot, batch and production codes remain intact and legible.
  • Dated goods are rotated first-expiring-first-out and pulled from sale before remaining shelf life becomes inadequate.
  • Temperature-sensitive goods are stored and shipped with their sensitivity accounted for, including seasonal restrictions where a fulfillment channel imposes them.

5. Serialization programs

Where a brand operates a unit-level serialization or authentication program, we source only code-bearing units through the brand's authorized channel. We do not attempt to list enrolled products acquired outside that channel, and we do not regard a purchase invoice as a substitute for valid brand-issued codes.

6. Regulated product handling

  • Dangerous goods. Flammable aerosols and paint-related liquids are classified, packaged, marked and routed in accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation requirements at 49 CFR, including limited-quantity provisions and ground-only routing where applicable. Personnel who prepare hazardous materials for transport receive the training required by 49 CFR Part 172 Subpart H.
  • Antimicrobial products. Products making pesticidal claims are listed with the manufacturer's EPA registration number and EPA establishment number. We do not add antimicrobial, antibacterial, sanitizing, disinfecting or repellent claims to any listing for a product not registered to carry them.
  • State warnings. Where a product requires a consumer warning in a particular state, the warning is presented to the purchaser before the purchase is completed, and on-product warnings are never cropped, covered or obscured in our photography.

7. Cooperation with rights owners

Authenticity and intellectual-property inquiries should be directed to compliance@northbridgedirect.com. We acknowledge within one business day and respond substantively — including supplying the relevant purchase documentation — within three business days.

We accept that responsibility for sourcing authentic product rests with us as the seller, and we do not attempt to transfer that responsibility to a supplier after the fact.

Orders placed through a retail marketplace are governed by that marketplace's own shipping and returns terms, which take precedence over this page. The terms below apply to direct wholesale and business-to-business orders placed with North Bridge Direct LLC.

1. Order processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
  • In-stock orders received before 1:00 PM ET generally ship the same business day; otherwise the next business day.
  • Orders containing regulated or hazardous materials may require an additional business day for compliant packaging and documentation.
  • Backordered items are communicated at the time of order acknowledgment with an expected availability date.

2. Shipping methods and freight

  • Parcel shipments move by standard ground service unless expedited service is requested and paid for.
  • Palletized orders move by LTL freight. Liftgate service, residential delivery, inside delivery, limited-access delivery and delivery appointments are available at additional cost and must be requested at the time of order.
  • Receiving locations must be able to accept the equipment specified on the bill of lading. Charges arising from a receiving location's inability to do so are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Hazardous materials ship by ground only. Aerosols and flammable liquids are not eligible for air transport. Certain products cannot be shipped to all destinations, and some formats are restricted from sale into particular states.

3. Freight terms and risk of loss

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, shipments are FOB Origin. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer when the carrier takes possession. Where freight is prepaid and added to the invoice, that does not alter the point at which risk passes.

4. Inspection, shortages and damage

  • Inspect all shipments at delivery. Note any visible damage, shortage or pallet discrepancy on the delivery receipt before signing. A clean signed receipt substantially limits what can be recovered from a carrier.
  • Report visible damage or shortages within 3 business days of delivery.
  • Report concealed damage within 5 business days of delivery, retaining all original packaging and photographs.
  • Report invoice or pricing discrepancies within 10 business days of the invoice date.

5. Returns

  • A Return Authorization (RA) number is required before any return. Shipments returned without one may be refused.
  • Requests must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Product must be unused, unopened, in original saleable packaging, and with all lot and production codes intact.
  • A restocking fee of 15%–25% applies to buyer-initiated returns, depending on category and condition.
  • Return freight is the buyer's responsibility unless the return results from our error or a defective product, in which case we arrange and pay for return transport.
  • Credits are issued to the original payment method or as an account credit once the return has been received and inspected.

6. Non-returnable items

  • Hazardous materials, aerosols and flammable liquids, which cannot be returned through standard parcel channels.
  • Opened, used, partially consumed or repackaged product.
  • Dated goods whose remaining shelf life has been materially reduced.
  • Special-order, non-stock, discontinued and clearance items.
  • Product not purchased directly from North Bridge Direct LLC.

7. Warranties

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, where one exists. North Bridge Direct LLC does not extend an independent warranty on third-party manufactured goods and makes no representation beyond those made by the manufacturer. Warranty claims are supported by supplying the documentation required by the manufacturer.

8. Safety Data Sheets

Current Safety Data Sheets accompany every commercial order containing a regulated chemical product, and are available at any time on request from compliance@northbridgedirect.com.

We share information only with:

  • Service providers who process it on our behalf — email and form-handling providers, web hosting, accounting, payment processing and shipping carriers — and only to the extent needed to perform their function.

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise. Please do not send bank account details, tax identification numbers or identity documents through the website form — request a secure transfer method instead.

7. Your choices

North Bridge Direct LLC wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, or reduced-motion settings.

1. Standard we aim for

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We describe this as an aim rather than a certification, because conformance is a continuing effort and we have not commissioned an independent audit. Saying "compliant" without an audit would be the kind of unverifiable claim we avoid everywhere else on this site.

2. Measures taken

  • Semantic HTML with landmark regions, and a "skip to content" link as the first focusable element on every page.
  • All functionality reachable and operable by keyboard, with a clearly visible focus indicator.
  • Form fields with programmatically associated labels, inline error messages, and status messages announced to assistive technology.
  • Text and interface colors chosen for contrast against their backgrounds.
  • Text that reflows and remains readable when zoomed, and layouts that adapt down to small screens.
  • Animation limited to opacity and transform, and suppressed entirely when the operating system requests reduced motion.
  • Decorative graphics marked so that assistive technology skips them; meaningful graphics given text alternatives.
  • No content that flashes, auto-plays audio, or moves without the ability to stop it.

3. Known limitations

  • Typefaces are loaded from a third-party font service. If that service is unavailable the page falls back to system fonts, which changes appearance but not function.
  • Some technical tables contain dense regulatory identifiers that are unavoidably terse when read aloud.
  • Documents supplied on request, such as filed government forms, are third-party PDFs whose internal accessibility we do not control. We will supply the content of any such document in an accessible format on request.

4. Telling us about a problem

If you encounter a barrier on this site, please contact us and describe what happened, the page you were on, and the assistive technology you were using:

  • Email: accessibility@northbridgedirect.com
  • Email: accessibility@northbridgedirect.com
  • Post: North Bridge Direct LLC, 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days. If a fix will take longer, we will tell you what we are doing and offer an alternative way to get the information or complete the task in the meantime.
